Tribute to Bob Dylan

For over 60 years, Bob Dylan has released some of the most prominent folk music. My primary preference is his early work. Dylan helped shine a spotlight on the scene of 60s protest singers, including Phil Ochs and Judy Collins. Dylan's early work remains relevant in this present day.

We acknowledge the deaths of countless great musicians, but chose to honor Dylan while he's still alive. Dylan carried the torch passed down from Woody Guthrie, Pete Seeger, The Weavers and countless others.

While exploring 60s protest music, be sure to check out Phil Ochs. A rare, hard to find biographical film, Chords of Fame, is highly recommended.

Music and resistance are more necessary than ever. Like many, we are horrified by the ICE Gestapo, more crimes against Venezuela, and the immeasurable destruction of trump. We provided many links on these subjects to provide information and humor. There are also many links of diverse music and film. May we all survive the madness.
